To Satisfy the demand of consumer's for high quality abrasive wheels in competitive rates, Mr. Dilip Patel (M.D. of speedwell abrasive PVT. ltd.) decide to give better combination of quality and cost together, and that magnificent desire has been concept to create "Speedwell" brand. Mr. Dilip patel is related with Abrasive materials since 1990 as a consultant. He has vast knowledge of abrasive materials and good skill of manufacture different types of abrasive tools.

Our plant is located at Plot No. E-105/106, G.I.D.C. PHASE-II, Nr. DARED, JAMNAGAR.(Guj.) Though "SPEEDWELL" manufactures entire range of resin bonded and vitrified bonded grinding wheels. "SPEEDWELL" specializes in cutting off wheels, depressed centre discs, and knife wheels. The plant has modern equipments, well trained and talented staff & skilled workers for better processing during production. "SPEEDWELL" Brand Resinoid Bonded wheels are made from Brown Aluminum oxide or Silicon Carbide mixed with specific Bond and Cutting agents. These wheels are highly economical and have a long cutting/grinding life.

ALUMINIUM OXIDE
This Abrasive is very tough and is Particularly suitable for grinding metals of high tensile strength such as snagging, steel casting, portable weld grinding, cylindrical grinding on all except the hardest and most heat resistive steels. off-hand grinding of Mild Steel, carbon steel, Manganese Steel, stainless steel etc.
SILICON CARBIDE
Silicon carbide wheels are use for the grinding of low tensile strength metals like Cast Iron, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Gun Metal and Aluminum. These wheels are also use on Glass, Porcelain, Marble, Granite, Artificial Stone, other of pearl precious and semiprecious stones, Leather and hide, Cork wood, Rubber Granite, Horn ebonite and the like. One of the popular varieties of abrasive is use rubbing bricks and triangular blocks use for polishing marble.

SAFETY MEASURES ::...

1. Every wheel should be Sounded before mounting with mallet to detect any damage caused in transit. A sound like Clear bell shows that the wheels is undamaged.
2. Wheels should not be forced on spindle.
3. For mounting of segments, use of excessive force should be avoided in tightening.
4. Always use proper safety guard.
5. Precaution for working protection of eyes and respirator.
